In September, the next release of our Secure email solution will be available with further improvements to the user-friendliness of handling secure email in daily business practice.
These are the most important new features of ‘5.0’ at a glance:
- Hybrid mail function: possibility to open attachments directly in the secure email
- Optimized, further simplified registration process
- Simplification of password recovery
- Large File Transfer function: Secure sending of attachments up to 1 GB
The new feature “Hybrid Mail” simplifies and accelerates the opening process of a secure email. Attachments can be opened and read directly via a button in the secure email message. This function is always the same regardless of the platform and mail client, i.e. whether you work via cell phone or PC and/or, for example, Outlook or Gmail. In addition, the registration process for recipients will be even easier and clearer, and the password recovery process will be better managed and more intuitive.
For the new release 5.0 NO contractual adjustments are necessary, i.e. for you as a customer nothing changes in existing contracts and with regard to data protection. The ISO 27001-2013 certification and the recognition as a secure delivery platform by the Federal Office of Justice also ensures that Secure email always meets the highest security standards.
