DC Assistant is a multilingual AI module of the Dialog Control cloud telephony system that transcribes telephone conversations in real time, i.e., converts speech into text. After the call ends, the contents are extracted and summarized based on predefined prompts, and then output.
As a result of the transcription, the complete conversation text is displayed directly in the agent client of the Dialog Control cloud telephony system once the call has ended.
In the next step, the conversation is automatically summarized in the desired, predefined output format.
