The term artificial intelligence was certainly on everyone’s lips in 2025 and seems to be the new magic word and solution for everything conceivable and sometimes even inconceivable in almost all areas.
The AI bot projects implemented with customers and partners in 2025 show that AI technology is ideal for quickly and easily training service-related knowledge and documents and using them for support via support bots. AI-based chat tools help to increase service quality and transparency. For us, what is happening in our joint projects with customers is a positive, almost magical revolution in everyday service and makes everyone involved want more.

… but now Christmas is just around the corner -😊. The Christmas season is anything but ordinary and has its own special magic for all of us. We are personally looking forward to the wonderful things and activities associated with Christmas, but also to some peace and quiet, spending time with friends and family, conversations and reflections on the past, as well as looking ahead and making plans for the future.
