For over a year now, we have been supporting abilita GmbH with our white label PSP solution in the realisation of their innovative abilita COMPLETE service.
abilita GmbH was originally founded in 2004 as a debt collection company and has developed into a successful full-service provider of receivables management and payment services for the e-commerce sector in recent years.
For the realisation of abilita COMPLETE, abilita decided to implement and provide a white label payment platform with all common payment options as a central solution module. The solution selected by abilita for this purpose and adapted to the company’s requirements can be easily and conveniently integrated into the websites of the eCommerce customers. The white label capability, i.e. the possibility to integrate the payment solution in the respective design and brand of the customer’s website, is essential.
Project partner for the technical solution was Corazon, a well-known specialist service provider for payment solutions. In cooperation with abilita, we provided exactly the tools and solution elements to be able to easily and quickly turn the plan of offering a full-service solution into reality.
After all testing procedures had been completed and all necessary documents had been compiled, the partners adapted and connected all necessary interfaces to abilita’s system. Our team provided active support so that abilita COMPLETE could be launched as a new full-service solution in a timely manner.
There is a plug-in procedure for all common online shops, which makes the integration quick and uncomplicated. In the case of specially built shops, a corresponding API can be interposed.
The solution can be seen as a construction kit. This means that individual services can be omitted or the payment solutions can always be adapted to the individual requirements of the customer. We also count abilita as a strong partner when it comes to marketplace solutions.
In order to guarantee an optimal evaluation of all payment flows per shop, we provide abilita GmbH and all abilita customers online with very extensive statistics. In the event of any bad debts, abilita’s professional receivables management automatically takes effect for all customers as usual.
