Our DC Assistant summarises all your customer conversations according to individually defined criteria and makes this information available in the respective customer profile in your system. This function can either be integrated via our existing customer management systems or docked onto existing third-party systems.
This is how it works:
As soon as a call comes in, the call is either answered by a voicebot or immediately forwarded to one of your employees. Once the customer’s enquiry has been dealt with, the call ends. The content of the call is then transcribed, extracted and summarised according to predefined criteria/rules. The result can then be saved in the respective customer profile and called up again at any time.
