Welcome to the privacy policy of the CORAZÓN group of companies. The protection of your personal data is our highest priority. With this statement, we inform you transparently about which data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Telecommunications Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG). It also informs you about your data protection rights and how you are protected by legal regulations.
The CORAZÓN group is your experienced partner for telecommunications and payment systems as well as AI-powered services. The group has many years of experience in the distribution of voice- and SMS-based value-added service solutions and an extensive partner network in these areas.
Through our website, we present our products and services, which are aimed at business users (B2B) — from start-ups and freelancers to larger enterprises. This website is not intended for minors, and we do not collect any data relating to children.
Below, we explain which information we collect during your visit to our websites and how it is used:
a) When visiting the website
Each time a customer (or other visitor) accesses our website, the internet browser running on your device (computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file.
The following data is collected without any action on your part and stored until automated deletion:
Our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for collecting this data is based on the following purposes:
b) When using our contact form or contacting us by email
When you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide (your email address, your name, and your phone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. Additional information may be provided voluntarily.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted within a period of 12 months after your inquiry has been dealt with, provided there is no other basis for the use of the data.
Your data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
We only share your data with third parties if:
In these cases, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the necessary minimum.
A transfer of personal data to third countries (e.g., the USA) only takes place if:
In individual cases, a transfer may also take place on the basis of your express consent pursuant to Art. 49 GDPR.
You have the following rights with respect to us:
a) Right of access
Upon request, we will be happy to inform you whether and which personal data relating to you is stored (Art. 15 GDPR).
b) Right to rectification
You also have the right to have any inaccurately collected personal data corrected or incompletely collected data completed (Art. 16 GDPR).
c) Right to restriction of processing
Furthermore, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your data from us, provided the legal requirements for this are met (Art. 18 GDPR).
d) Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR).
e) Right to erasure
In addition, you have the so-called "right to be forgotten," meaning you may request the deletion of your personal data from us, provided the legal requirements for this are met (Art. 17 GDPR).
Regardless of this, your personal data will be automatically deleted by us once the purpose of the data collection has ceased or the data processing was unlawful.
f) Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing that was based on this consent for the future.
You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, provided a right of objection is established by law. In the event of an effective withdrawal, your personal data will also be automatically deleted by us (Art. 21 GDPR).
g) Right to lodge a complaint
In the event of violations of data protection regulations, you have the option pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights, an email to the following address is sufficient:
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes. After that, the data is deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Specifically, the following applies:
Once the respective purpose ceases to apply or a statutory retention period expires, we automatically delete or anonymize the data.
We use cookies on our website. These are small text files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device when you visit our website. Information is stored in the cookie that arises in connection with the specific device being used. However, this does not mean that we directly obtain knowledge of your identity.
The use of cookies primarily serves to make your use of our offerings more pleasant: We use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual sub-pages of our website. These session cookies are automatically deleted after you leave our website. Additionally, we also use temporary cookies to optimize user-friendliness, which are stored on your device for a specific defined period. We also use cookies to statistically record and evaluate the use of our website and to optimize our offerings for you.
The following applies to the use of cookies and similar technologies:
You can revoke your consent at any time.
Please note: If you completely disable cookies, not all functions of our website may be available.
Java applets and JavaScript are used in the provision of our internet offerings. If you do not wish to use these auxiliary programs or active content for security reasons, you should deactivate the corresponding setting in your browser.
The tracking measures listed below and used by us are based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. With the tracking measures employed, we aim to ensure a needs-based design and the continuous optimization of our website.
a) Google Analytics
For the purpose of needs-based design and continuous optimization of our websites, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter "Google"). In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and cookies (see also above) are set. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL (the previously visited page), hostname of the accessing computer (IP address), and the time of the server request, are transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide further services related to website usage and internet usage for the purposes of market research and needs-based design of these websites. Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in these purposes. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 TTDSG.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google. Furthermore, data is transferred to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of data protection. Additionally, we base the transfer on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g., User ID), or advertising IDs is automatically deleted after 12 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached takes place automatically once a month.
For more information on terms of use and data protection at Google Analytics, please visit http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html.
b) Google Tag Manager
Use of Google Tag Manager: Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags through a single interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not collect personal data. The tool triggers the activation of other tags, which may in turn collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it remains in effect for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
c) Google AdWords / Conversion Tracking
We also use the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, within the framework of Google AdWords, conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google.
When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your device. These cookies expire after 30 days, do not contain personal data, and are therefore not used for personal identification.
If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, there is no way to track cookies across AdWords customers' websites.
The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. This tells customers the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that would allow users to be personally identified. Our legitimate interest in data processing also lies in these purposes. The legal basis for the use of Google AdWords / Conversion Tracking is § 15(3) TMG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies from the "googleadservices.com" domain through an appropriate setting in your browser software (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use social media plugins on our website. To ensure that your data is not automatically transmitted to the providers when our pages load, we use the so-called Shariff solution. Only when you click on the respective icon is a connection established with the respective provider and data transmitted. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Please note: From the moment of activation, the respective platform operators (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Xing, Twitter) are responsible for the processing of your data. Further information can be found in their respective privacy policies.
a) Meta Platforms / Facebook
Plugins of the social network Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA) are integrated on our website.
When you activate such a plugin, a direct connection is established with Meta's servers, and data — including your IP address — may be transmitted to Meta. If you are logged into Facebook, Meta can associate the visit to our website with your profile.
The purpose and scope of data collection as well as your rights and configuration options can be found in Meta's privacy notices: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
b) X and LinkedIn
We use "Custom Audiences" / "Conversion Tracking" from X and LinkedIn to show you relevant advertisements based on your website visits. Tags (e.g., pixels or other tracking codes) are used which — if you consent — set cookies to process anonymized user data.
For further information on data protection at X, please visit: https://x.com/en/privacy
The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
c) Xing
Components of the social network XING are integrated on our website, operated by New Work SE, Dammtorstraße 30, 20354 Hamburg, Germany.
When you visit our website, a connection to your XING profile may be established — if you are logged in. In this process, personal data, in particular information about your use of this website, may be transmitted to and processed by XING.
For further information on data protection at XING, please refer to XING's privacy policy at: https://privacy.xing.com/de/datenschutzerklaerung

Should you wish to contact us by email, please be aware that the confidentiality of the information transmitted via this communication channel cannot be fully guaranteed. For confidential information, we recommend using encrypted communication channels or postal mail.
