Platinum Day, Hamburg / The sector meeting 2024
On 26 September, it was finally time again: our annual customer and partner event ‘Platinum Day’ took place in Hamburg. The weather gods were kind to us, the forecast rain fortunately did not materialise, but unfortunately the sun goddess only made a brief appearance at times.
Our guests were able to experience a colourful and exciting lecture programme with individual slots on the topics of AI, payment and telephony. Afterwards, there was plenty of time to discuss the key topics from the presentations with the speakers and other participants and – thanks to the location with its villa ambience and Alster feeling at SUP Legion in Winterhude – to engage in intensive dialogue and networking in a relaxed atmosphere.
The eventful information and networking event ended for many customers and partners with a burger buffet, drinks and good conversation late into the evening. According to the feedback from many guests, it was a great, very informative event with lots of new ideas about AI-based services and an interesting business talk.
We as the Corazón team, together with our partner dtms, are really pleased that everything went so well, thank all the guests who were there live and hope to see everyone – and many new faces – again next year.

🚀 Hamburg Platinum Day | Payment, AI and Customer Service & Networking | 26 September 2024
AI in payment and customer service – at this fantastic event powered by Corazon Communication Business GmbH & Co. KG and dtms GmbH at SUPLEGlON in Hamburg covered a wide range of topics from AI, payment, checkout processes and customer service to the 0900 number. In addition to information and practical examples, the format offered plenty of time and opportunity to exchange ideas, network and discuss the use of AI in a wide range of areas and industries.
Part 1 focussed on innovations and trends in the payment and check-out process with:

And there was plenty of room for exchange and networking – including on the optimisation of payment solutions in companies, AI and genKI in customer service, orchestration of collection solutions via platforms or the licensing business of classic productions and their marketing). And I was delighted that our AI voice demo from the cAI® cosmos made it from Neuss to Hamburg by secret means…
